VOX is a master of the spoken word. He can take anything he hears and bend its meaning to fit his own twisted purposes. However, he prefers to lead his subjects into a verbal trap, talking circles until they condemn themselves. This gift earned him the position of Grand Inquisitor of the Tribunal. He can learn any language or dialect he hears in a matter of hours by studying its patterns and its subtleties and comparing it to his vast database of known languages. In addition to his silver tongue and aural talents, Vox is a technical genius with communications. His flagship possesses enough equipment to create a planet-wide blackout of all electronic communications, if the Tribunal chooses. Like most Quintessons, Vox prefers to avoid direct confrontation, but his voice is powerful enough to cripple others for a brief time.
