Timmy appears in a video log recorded in a cave on Nebulos. The young, tanned comm tech looks exhausted but excited. “Um, communications log, I think it’s... November 10th on Earth? Still haven’t mastered the Nebulan calendar, and I’m not sure that’s helpful for Joe logs. ANYWAY,” he says with a grin. “We attacked the Hive prison, and – success! Complete success!
“We rescued Poise!” Timmy chirps enthusiastically. “And six other Nebulan resistance fighters! In English, their codenames are –” his eyes flicker slightly to a list near the camera, “Arcana, Hi-Q, Pinpointer, Rev, Duros, and Peacemaker.” He looks directly back at the camera. “All are malnourished but alive, and are being treated by Bobb—er, Greenshirt Medic 12621,” he corrects himself.
“General Hawk led the mission, and while some of us got injured, the whole team worked together marvelously, and there were no fatalities – on our side, anyway,” Timmy gushes with a chuckle. “We couldn’t rescue the whole prison, of course, but I’m happy with our success. Technically, we could now declare ‘Mission Accomplished,’ and head back home, but... I think Hawk wants to finish what we started.”
“As much as I miss my fiancé, I’m in for the mission! Fighting evil on another planet – wow! If my mom could see me now,” Timmy laughs. “Anyway, when Rev wakes up, I’m going to talk to him more about communication Nebtech. Some of the Hive equipment is based on stolen designs of his, so – super-helpful! This is Timm—er, Greenshirt Communications 11480 reporting. Over.”
