Prowl appears on-screen in the command center. He looks his usual calm, competent self, and in his patient voice he records the following:

Cuffs, we plan to use the outside slopes of Mount St. Hilary and the valley below it, as well as some support buildings. If a harmless neutral wants to live in the caves we abandoned, I have no problem with it unless he becomes a hazard to himself or us. I’ll forward your concerns to the people that run the Mount St. Hilary National Volcanic Monument in case they have an opinion, but right now I believe we have bigger fish to fry.”

Prowl gives a friendly smile, and ends the short transmission.
