I wasn't able to find a good picture of a Tele-Viper. :( There was one in a Flickr pool from the Devil's Due series, but I wasn't sure about comic copyrights & all. Doomflower 13:43, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Comic Scans

I think comic scans are OK as long as they're not big/dense enough to print and it's not the entire comic. I'm pretty sure parts of individual panels are allowed through "Fair Use." I've been cutting the pictures off the file cards from YoJoe.com. B)

Nice Pic Add.

Thanks for the pic, I was looking for one like that last night but couldn't find a suitable one. Incidentally, I have another topic to discuss...think I will save it until later. Doomflower 20:26, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Technically Speaking

I know that the technology that the Techno-Vipers and the Tele-Vipers has back in the 80's made their note information look impressive, but now? Well, it just kind of looks...comical/pathetic. I mean, Tele-Vipers can access VHS channels...so what? :) Any chance we can update the technology for the times? How about High-Definition broadcasting? Fiber optic cables? Do Tele-Vipers work closer with Techno-Vipers now, or maybe their departments will merge at some point? What's your take on the technology gap? Doomflower 21:24, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

....Well? :D Doomflower 15:33, November 5, 2009 (UTC)

  • grin* I was talking to IceSpark in a similar vein about the Techno-Vipers, who are written as tank mechanics but get pressed into all types of technology roles since it's really just them or the Tele-Vipers. I'm definitely all for updating notes for both types. I'd keep them seperate units, but definitely teams that work closely together. Tele-Vipers might handle telecommunications technology, but they prolly don't fix tanks. Techno-Vipers prolly seldom answer calls. I see overlap, but definitely room for both as distinct units.
