Serpent-OR is a formidable Organic Robot designed by MECH, embodying the combined memories and skills of history's greatest warriors. This powerful entity, donning a striking snake-themed attire, stands as a fusion of organic and mechanical prowess. With a lineage traced back to Megatron and ambitions reaching the stars, Serpent O.R. envisions himself as the future bearer of the Matrix and the destined ruler of Cybertron. Crafted from Decepticon technology and possessing an arsenal that includes metallic tentacles for combat and machinery control, Serpent O.R. emerged as a secret weapon until a fateful encounter with Cobra redirected his path towards universal domination.

The Serpent Organic Robot, or Serpent O.R. for short, was created in secret by a rogue group in the U.S. military using captured Decepticon technology, including the parts of Megatron harvested from battlefields where he faced Optimus Prime. With the strategic knowledge of humanity's greatest warriors, bulletproof hide, and the ability to use metallic "tentacles" either to fight or take control of machinery, he was to be the United States' ultimate weapon. After word of the secret American base's existence was leaked to Cobra, Zarana infiltrated the base and confronted MECH-1, who activated the android to use it for himself. However, Serpent O.R. accessed memories of military leaders on both Cybertron and Earth, and decided he was the destined true leader of both worlds. He offered Bludd and Zarana to join him, and then let them leave to prepare for his eventual rein. He then killed every member of MECH left on base for trying to control him. The Art of War #1
Serpentor will become a transformer! THIS I COMMAND!
Soon after, Serpent-OR took an air chariot to the Masquerade and demanded Veri turn over the Matrix of Leadership. After nearly killing her, Serpent-OR was impressed and surprised at how others from different factions, occupations, and even worlds joined together to defend her, and subsequently withdrew.

- Though not a Transformer, Serpentor's original toy (not the one to be found on this page) was notorious for Gold Plastic Syndrome. To this end, there were reports of brand-new figures taken out of the package and disintegrating almost immediately. Yo Joe?
- Serpentor has been voiced by Transformers alumni Dick Gautier and Maurice LaMarche.
