Sceptre is spark brother to the infamous killer Sunder. He's loyal to his brother but talks too much, and transforms into a large shuttle.

Sceptre's loose lips led to him and Sunder being tracked down by Froid and arrested. They are subsequently imprisoned in Garrus-1.
