General Madison was extremely disappointed by the government's decision to shut down his division, but when Colonel Leech gave him news that a rival department operating in Jasper, Nevada appeared to have stolen their battle suit designs, Madison decided to show the competition of what he was made. He spread a false report that environmentalists had taken over the Deep Driller oil rig and waited there along with Leech and four others in battle suits. Mad Dogs & Autobots
