The Relay Star was a United States Satellite designed to receive and relay high levels of energy to anywhere in the world. It was stolen by Cobra and used to relay the signal of the M.A.S.S. device to any target Cobra desired around the globe.
It is a nearly 65 feet long satellite that is used in conjunction with the M.A.S.S. Device and coin-sized homing beacons, to teleport over 10,000 tons of matter to or from anywhere on Earth.
