Power Base

The Power Base is a base on Cybertron.

As of 08/11/2022 (User:632409), Power Base is under Decepticon control. Autobots within the territory are slaves, Decepticons within the territory are slaves, and Unaffiliated Inhabitants are dead. How do I change this?

The Power Base is a Decepticon facility in Helex on Cybertron. It's the home base of the Triumverate, and a home for the fighting pits of Helex.

Description

Outside: The Power Base is a low, squat building, large enough to contain an entire arena. The outside of the base is covered in layered green armor plates vaguely like scales, giving the entire building a reptilian exterior. The entrance to the arena is square and wide, seeming very much like a large mouth swallowing up all who enter the structure. Sloped upper floors give the edifice an angry appearance, appropriate for its violent inhabitants.

Inside: The Power Base is largely one big indoor auditorium where the Triumverate and their guests can watch the battles in the fighting pits from whatever luxury their station affords them. The Triumverate themselves occupy a dais with the best view, of course, with soldiers to guard them and servants to bring them energon. Hangers-on and sycophants surround them, with lesser Decepticons and neutrals down in the stands, watching the fights.

History

Pre-MUX continuity

The Triumverate established their power at the Power Base and hold gladiator games in it. The arena is known as the Sarlaac Pit.

Notes

• The Decepticon base seen in the Megatron portion of "Aspects of Evil!" might be the Power Base, but it's drawn differently.
