The Plaza of Punishment is an awful place, lined with the hanging bodies of those who have angered Emperor Prime. Large screens ring the square, allowing high-level Autobot leaders to address crowds at any time. In the center of the square stands a statue of Emperor Prime, his massive boot crushing an unlucky Decepticon underfoot. Nervous crowds treat the statue with almost as much reverence as the Prime himself, ever-mindful of the fact that the Autobot Secret Police are always watching.
History[]
During the time that Emperor Prime was thought dead, Iacon Square was renamed Trion Square and a statue of Alpha Trion was erected in honor of the Old One. When Emperor Prime returned, the square was renamed the Plaza of Punishment, the statue torn down and replaced, and the artists that created the Trion statue were tortured and killed. Later that year a lobotomized Perceptor was added to the plaza's 'decorations'.
