Phillip Grady is a brilliant, if careless man with very few scruples. Of course, that means he has been approached by and has accepted a job at the Intelligence and Information Institute. As one of Triple I's head scientists, Grady was in charge of integrating Professor Morris's neural relay link system into Centurion, Triple I's very own robot.
History[]
When John MacLeod was voted into office, the funding for the Intelligence and Information Institute was more than doubled, and Peter Anthony Morris and Phillip Grady were brought in to build the perfect war machine to defeat the Transformers and drive them from Earth.
When Axegrinder visited Berger in 2018, he introduced her to Grady, Morris, and... Centurion.
In 2023, Grady visited Greathawk and Wisp at the Citadel in Russia. After he left the Citadel, he was shot down and interrogated by Interrogator, but released after he promised to give Interrogator contact information about members of the Concurrence.
