"Build! Create! Heal! Save the world!"
To say DR. Stephan “OVER-KILL” Andersen is dedicated and enthusiastic would be a vast understatement. His students lovingly dubbed him “Dr. Over-Kill” for the extensive exuberance he brings to almost any task. One of the foremost experts of robotics in the world, Dr. Over-Kill has created Binary Assistant Technicians for almost every imaginable task, both humanoid and otherwise. He sees them as his gift to the world, and hopes they will eventually be used to create planetary peace and end world hunger.
Being the creator of an entire legion of android troopers comes quite naturally to Dr. Over-Kill, since more than fifty percent of his body has been replaced by mechanical parts. He is equipped with integral body armor, a self-contained breathing unit, and a wireless modem implanted in his brain. His vision has been enhanced with image intensifiers and infrared scanners. An engineering computer is hard-wired between his right eye and his tool-hand. Having command of a small army of assistant robots has affected his outlook, making him overly sentimental and protective of his creations. Dr. Over-Kill sees them as individuals and gives them secret names, picking some out for special attention. He carries a special grudge against anyone who injures his cybernetic helpers.
