Since 2016, Cobra has run a covert base out of Luck, California. Can it be brought down by one overly-inquisitive G.I. Joe agent?
History[]
In 2018, Luck was almost revealed as a Cobra base by Joe agent Revolver. However, Revolver was killed by Aleph and all evidence of Cobra's involvement with Luck was repressed.
