New Harmonex is a neutral city, located in the neutral territories of Cybertron. While New Harmonex welcomes members of all factions, the fact that the city's administration and defense are run by the Autobots has drawn what some feel is justified criticism of its pledge of neutrality. Despite reassurances by Starlock and others that the pledge will be maintained, some still fear the city may become a target for Decepticon agitation.
There is still lingering resentment towards the sealing of Harmonex and the construction of New Harmonex, due to Optimus Prime's decision to build a new city as way of wiping the slate clean. This was seen by Prime as a suitable compromise for the stale-mate between Starlock, Soundwave, Imager and the Dominicons after the sealing of Harmonex. Prime's reasoning was that New Harmonex would provide a neutral meeting place for the peace movement that had begun in Harmonex and been derailed by the old city's sealing. While the decision was accepted, it was not received well at all.
History[]
MUX History[]
2020 - 2021:[]
New Harmonex was a project started by Optimus Prime in March of 2020. It was met with a large amount of backlash and criticism, which stalled city's planning and construction for several months. A large measure of the ill-feeling stemmed from decision by Imager and Illarion to seal Harmonex, despite objections from the Autobots (represented by Starlock) and a lack of input from the Decepticons (represented by Soundwave).
After regrouping and reconsidering her involvement, Starlock took up work on New Harmonex, with the help of Huffer's construction team. While also restoring the city's infrastructure, Starlock also began the difficult work of rebuilding the peace movement that had begun in Harmonex, reaching out to outside factions such as Neutrals and Destrons as well as the small number of Decepticons and Autobots who still believed in the possibility of peace.
With help from the Harmonexian Crosswise, and Vector Sigma, Starlock and Dawnfire traveled to the Crystal Islands to ask, and gain the help of Krystallos in creating, and growing new singing crystals. It took some coaxing, but they got him to agree and return to the mainland to help in building New Harmonex.
Starlock, Krystallos, and the unlikely traveling companion of Ghost, would be lead down by Dust Devil once more to visit Vector Sigma to ask questions, and would be directed to an energon spring under the city to help in the new crystals growth, as well as where to locate needed crystal seeds.. However upon getting to the seeds location, they where met with the Venerable One's, which give the group the seeds, but also a set of warning prophecy's that end up giving Starlock a new sense of purpose, and begin to put her all into the city.
As of March 2021, New Harmonex's singing crystals have grown to the sizes of small Cybertronian buildings while singing a new song, much of the planning is complete, with a small, but growing population of fractioned, and factionless, with the peace movement, growing with it once more. Chief Justice Tyrest has also taken up residence in the city, wishing to use it as a neutral ground for the proper prosecution of justice.
2024[]
In New Harmonex, a conversation unfolded on Nov 11 regarding a tragic event. Amidst grief and shock, Boltgun sought answers about the demise of their sparkmate, Subonaut, who had met a grim fate in the perilous mountains. Despite protests to stay calm, the news conveyed by the hunters indicated a brutal end, with Subonaut seemingly torn apart by wild creatures, leaving Boltgun shattered by the loss and the gruesome details.

Heart of Harmonex[]
Passed the gates that are styled like harps, stands the Heart of Harmonex. The buildings around are tall, with smooth and sharp geometric architecture like crystals themselves. The colors of their metal ranging from cyan blues, to dark durasteel blue to obsidian and purple.
This wide open city center where the government buildings of New Harmonex are meant to sit... In the center of the road is a small part with a fountain with an open flower bed. Crystalline trees have also been planted around.
To the west is the Symphonic District, where shops, bars, theaters, a market, and even an arena are meant to be.
To the east is the Crescendo District, where all of New Harmonex industrial facilities sit, be it the warehouses, trade guilds, filming studios, processing plants, docking bays for trad ships, are meant to be located.
To the north is where most residential, schools, and even studios have been set up.
The Soft sound of music has started to fill the air, while not the same as Harmonex of past.. The New Singing crystals, that are the sizes of small buildings now, sing their own song of Harmony.
Tranquillo Hospital[]
On the Outside Tranquillo Hospital on the outside appears as one would expect as a modern hospital to look like, a sleek and sharp design that appears mostly crystalline, with a gradient accent of obsidian, purple and dark blue.
The building is only a couple stories high, and looks much smaller, but those who have been inside know this is deceptive as the building goes down, not up.
Singing crystals adorn the design of the building as they grow up the sides of the building with mostly tree flora, but the entrance areas canopy overhang has a number of flowers planted in small garden areas near it.
The front door, and emergency room entrances are large, and generally look to be designed for those with emergency-vehicle alt-modes, but they appear to also be designed for those whom are generally larger, and to aid those of larger size.
A crystalline fountain sits a number of feet outside the building with a sign with the address and name of the hospital engraved into it.
On the inside the building is what one expects of a hospital, pristine, and sterilized clean to the point of smelling like cleaning chemicals with accents of obsidian and crystal used through out the environment for furniture, with a mix of fake and real plants.
However it appears that the building goes mainly down instead of up. Access being granted by a series of large elevators that go both up and down.
A number of Patients' Rooms down below, but above as well, in which friends and family can visit recovering patients, as well as Surgical Suits, and Other Specialty rooms, such as one for CR Chamber Recovery, Cafeteria, a Meeting Hall for doctors and students that can be converted into a class room, as well as a floor above for Offices.
Located on the main floor is a Free Clinic that medics, interns and doctors can volunteer at.
Pavilion of Peace[]
The Pavilion of Peace is a large, round pavilion made of largely obsidian metal, and crystalline walls, the singing crystals grow around it, and its large circular opening that allows the public and its visitors in, and out.
At the top of the ceiling is a large open hole. Its purpose is to allow the top of the large tree statue with all its crystalline leaves, each of which have a name of those who helped in building, and rebuilding New Harmonex, and Harmonex, out into the city and give the large hexagonal flower planter that sits inside the pavilion, sunlight... This Statue is known known as The Harmony Tree.
Symphonic District[]
One would think with Harmnonex's crystalline colors, and sharp geometric architecture, that the city would come off cold and imposing, but this is far from the truth, as the Symphonic District puts this on in full display with it's vast array of colorful sights, smells, and sounds! Colorful decorations also grace the area, ranging from rainbows to gradients of one color to the next.
This area is also not void of life like most cities, as on the crystals, ivy grows, crystalline trees have also been planted around, its clear someone went to great lengths to ensure nature was included in the city.
Theaters, Bars, Shops, parks, and more are all set up here, the most well known are the Concordia Theatre and a Spa & Detailing shop known as the Serenade Spa are located here, the arena known as the Chores Arena is also set up here. Most of the Bars are located in the open market known as the Coloratura Market.
This district is loud, but not loud enough to drown out the sound of music that fills the air. A few libraries and schools are dotted around the area, but they seem more craft based.
Concordia Theatre[]
The Indoor Stage: is a domed auditorium with tiered seating going upward the further back it goes. The ceiling is indeed capable of opening, but its inner is also plated with screens, much like that of a planetarium, meant to be used to help in settings the stages atmosphere like the lights which are fully adjustable in a backroom with many of the other controls.
The Stage itself is raised, with special plates on the floor that are used for creating holograms to be used in plays, which have automatic sliding covers. A large screen set up to help in settings for plays or concerts, or used for movie nights, but it also has a set of curtains, separate from the main stage ones, that can be used to hide it when it's not needed.
The Outdoor Stage: Is set up similarly to the indoor stage, however there is much more plant life planted near the stage, such as crystalline trees, flowers, those crystalline statues framing it, and an overhang to protect the stage and electrical equipment from the weather, crystalline ivy also crawls up the overhangs supports.
Both stages have also designed with acoustics in mind for those singing.
Serenade Spa[]
The Serenade Spa is a place where anyone can come to relax in New Harmonex -- Autobot, Decepticon, neutral -- even aliens and humans! The spa offers powerful hydrotherapy uniquely tuned for each type of lifeform, whose enhancement is further enjoyed by the serene singing of New Harmonex's crystals as they relax. Tired Cybertronians can get massages and oil baths, while More fashion forward Transformers can get their armor buffed and even acquire custom paint jobs. Come on in and let the relaxation begin!

Crystal Library[]
The atrium of the library is a wide open floor, check out desk centered up front, between two staircases. A café to the east that's sectioned off with decretive black railing. Most of the library terminals on ground floor are mostly for quick, or general computer use, such as making documents, internet access provided by the library, and other work related activity's.
The Staircases that lead up to the upper floors have crystal ball 'lamps' that emit low light, set up on their black railing that follows the spiraling stairs up, and creates the railing on upper floors that make a large opening all the way up to the top of the building.
The upper floors terminals tend to be used for accessing specific information and books.
In addition to the two staircases that lead up to the floors above, is a elevator in a clear 'tube' style.
Notice: Anyone accessing the terminals is made to use a library account, (Like a library card) and has a history of what books, article's, documents, etc, they've looked at, or checked out, library staff have backend access to the network regarding these accounts to help with troubleshooting and maintenance.

Ballad Bar[]
The first thing you notice about the Ballad Bar are the comforting smells of old books and coffee, at least the Cybertronian version of it. The soft light that filters in through the stain glass windows on the back and side walls of the building, they depict Cybertronian Flora native to Harmonex.
Well-placed softly glowing fairy lights add to the cozy atmosphere, their colors ranging from the same rainbow as outside, to a warm yellow color. Fake Crystalline ivy lines some of the walls where couched, modern couches sit in nooks in the wall.
Carefully placed seating between the tall shelves of books invite patrons to purchase a book or two and read, or listen to the life music from the small stage, or join in with one of their karaoke nights, which has more tables with chairs in front of it. Off to the side and before the stage and sitting area is the origin of the coffee smell.
The bar and stools, and interesting mix and the first real sign that this is not just merely a coffee shop. TV's hand over the bar and some of the nooks, for people to watch while they enjoy their drinks.
Crescendo District[]
When one thinks of a industrial district they think of smog filled-grungy utilitarian kind of place, this, is not that.
The Crescendo District could be more considered the countryside, as it is clean and it covers a wide range of land, with most things being widely spaced out between them with natural crystallin plants growing wildly, the New Harmonexian crystals also grow more wildly here, in less refined shapes.
A Solar Powerplant for the city is found here, as well as multiple filming studios, factories with their own warehouses nearby, docking bays for cargo ships.
Guilds Houses are located throughout the area, where groups of bots live, especially teach, and do business in private within.
