Neutral Territories

As of 05/03/2020 (User:Bzero), Neutral Territories is Neutral. Autobots within the territory are viewed indifferently, Decepticons within the territory are viewed indifferently, and Unaffiliated Inhabitants are undisturbed. How do I change this?

With war being the most secure factor in Cybertron's long history, one would almost forget "neutral" doesn't have to refer to the absence of an insignia. The Neutral Territories are called as they are because the domain serves as a free settlement zone and trading quadrant to the Cybertronian population. The area is bordered by Uraya, Altihex, the Rust Sea and adjoins the Torus States. While many of the other "neutral" city-states have a clear bias towards one side or the other, the leaders of the Neutral Territories strive hard to make members of each side feel welcome.

History

In 2018, Takedown encountered Blitzkrieg and Encore In the Neutral Territories. The Autobot and the Dominicon teamed up against the Decepticon to protect a caravan of enershine 'entrepreneurs', and Takedown walked away with a grudging respect for Encore.

In 2020, Optimus Prime tried to set up a New Harmonex in the Neutral Territories. The offer to host Autobot-run New Harmonex might cast Neutral Territories' “neutrality” into question.
