Nebulans are humanoid inhabitants of the planet Nebulos, characterized by their two hearts, green, brown, or reddish-pink skin, and sometimes pointy ears, with facial features often resembling Native American or Eastern European casts. Their hair can be dark green or white, and they speak Nebulanese. While generally organic, some older members of their ruling class, the Hive (who telepathically control machines and enslaved the populace for farm work), have undergone cyborg alterations or adopted fully robotic bodies. Notably, Nebulans can become intoxicated by Earth dairy products, and some individuals exhibit exceptionally long lifespans.

Generation 1 cartoon continuity[]

Nebulans are extremely human-like aliens who possess green, brown, or red skin, and dark green or white hair. Their facial features tend towards a Native American or Eastern European cast. Some of the oldest of their ruling class, the Hive, appear to have had cyborg alterations or even taken on fully robotic bodies.

Nebulos is a world whose inhabitants were enslaved by the Hive, a group of Nebulan telekinetics led by Lord Zarak. The populace is forced to do routine farm work, watched over by the machines which the Hive control telepathically.

The Nebulans are a race of humans that had lived without war for thousands of years on their home planet of Nebulos. That peace was disrupted when a group of Autobots arrived seeking to relocate from their own war-torn world of Cybertron. This caused divisions amongst the Nebulans based on whether to trust the newcomers. Ring of Hate!
