Cobra’s Moray Hydrofoil is an ‘ultra’ fast attack hydrofoil boat intended for sneak attacks; armed two with missiles, two forward-firing auto-cannons, one heavy machinegun turret (topside) and two medium machinegun turrets (aft), plus twin surface torpedoes, the Moray is more than capable of hurting anything in its path.

The Cobra Moray Hydrofoil was utilized by Cobra in 1985. It is piloted by Cobra Lampreys. The Moray was also sold to Cobra in 1986, and but was largely discontinued in 1987. The Moray design returned as the Night Ray in 1989, maximized for night operations.
MUX continuity[]
Destro released the Tiger Ray in 2004, as an upgraded version of the original 1985 Moray Hydrofoil, with modern construction materials and technology. A year later he introduced the Stealth Moray for covert operations.
In 2011, the Stealth Moray was replaced by the Python Patrol Water Moccasin.
By 2012, the Fangboat had replaced basic Moray Hydrofoil as standard Cobra water attack craft.
