Sharkticons upgraded into Land Sharks are granted the ability to tunnel through any terrain, be it earth, ice, or the London Underground system. Working for the Quintesson agent Sky-Byte, the Land Sharks have literally bottomless stomachs, using sub-space transporters to send across the vastness of space the ores and minerals they swallow whilst digging.
