JAMMER is an important up-and-comer in the. A popular test pilot and all-around beloved guy, he makes a positive impression on all around him. Trusted with the most advanced technology the Decepticons have in the pike, JAMMER never flinches from the most dangerous testing conditions or secret missions against the Decepticons. He’s currently testing a rig that allows him to step out of phase with reality, allowing him to pass through solid walls and avoid certain types of physical attacks. Although not yet stable enough for mass production, if the technology is perfected it could be the key to ending the war.

Jammer joined the Decepticons soon after the war broke out, and has steadily been moving up the ranks. Since joining the Mayhem Suppression Squad, Jammer is often sent as field commander for sensitive missions that require his expertise.
