INCINERATORS are the flame-weapon and arson specialists of the Cobra Legions. They are equipped with state-of-the-art fluorocarbon propellant flame projectors, which not only spew burning streams of jellied gasoline, but also destroy the ozone layer. Encased from head to foot in fire-resistant, air-conditioned fighting suits, Incinerators can take the heat as well as they can dish it out. If the wind is right, you can smell them coming - a pungent whiff of gas, charcoal and hot metal. They are also proficient at operating many of Cobra's combat vehicles.
History[]
Canonical/Pre-MUX/Theme History:[]
Cinnamon "Cinny" Smith is a firebug, and was arrested for arson twice before she even turned 18. Tried as an adult after one of her fires caused the death of a resident, Cobra helped her skip bail, and she's been a happy member of Cobra ever since.
MUX History:[]
In 2016 Cinny took advantage of Cobra's occupation of Los Angeles to burn a lot of things down, including Starlight Music. She was injured in an encounter with Major Bludd, although she never found out her assailant's identity. She later encountered Calhoun Burns and Starr, but they escaped before she could harm them.
Major Bludd and Raya later smuggled themselves back into Los Angeles disguised as Vipers, only to run into Incinerator 8299, who wanted to show them her latest foray into pyromania. This drew the attention of Rock One, who raced in and disabled a BAT. Bludd and Raya took advantage of the distraction to escape while 8299 ran for help against Rock One.
In 2017, Incinerator 8299 discovered Bludd in disguise at the Starlight Mansion. Suspecting something was wrong, she moved to investigate the mansion, she was killed by Bludd and buried in the yard.

Incinerators are available on the MUX as Disposable Characters, with a much simpler application. They can also be apped directly as full character (format: Incinerator 8299), or upgraded from DCs to OCs.

- February 7 - Return to L.A. - Raya and Major Bludd, holographically disguised as Vipers, move through Los Angeles toward Starlight Mansion. On their way, they encounter a couple of curious characters...
- March 29 - "The Biggest Threat" - An Incinerator gets curious about the real condition of Starlight Mansion.
- April 13 - "Six Feet Under" - Kimber comes across Bludd while he's digging a grave.
