Major Bludd
Major Bludd has led the life of a heartless mercenary for many years, but a series of events have changed his outlook. Unable to completely abandon his career and its baggage and unwilling to commit to the tyranny of Cobra, he's trapped in a no-man's-land of his own insecurities. What will Cobra do to him when they discover where his loyalties -- and his heart -- truly lie?
Now that he's decided what he really wants is a life with his girlfriend, Bludd has begun a slow process of officially retiring from his position within Cobra. Cobra Commander isn't making it easy for him, as he's still called upon from time to time to face off against Joes in the field, and has been assigned as Executive Officer, in charge of Cobra's day-to-day operations. He's privy to most of what's going on within the organisation, but now that he's XO, everyone knows he knows. He tries to pass occasional information to GI Joe agents, but does so with extreme caution. One misstep could result in deadly consequences -- for him and those he loves.

- 17 April - "IC Orders" - Baroness assigns Major Bludd the new Commandant of the Base at Rancho Corba Acres in Luck, California.

- 8 May - "Birthday Twins" - Concealer and Major Bludd share coffee and cupcakes to celebrate their birthdays.
- 13 May - "Signs And Trinities" - Interrogator meets with Major Bludd to catch up and discuss problems they both see. Upon returning to The Masquerade, he deals with a rotating door of unannounced visitors from G.I. JOE to ancient Autobot sages. It's exhausting.
