HO-KOGAN is a Junkion raised on professional wrestling, which becomes immediately obvious simply by speaking to him or watching him fight. He's loud, proud, and not a single word he says makes any kind of sense, even by his race's standards. He's pretty strong, though, and his natural ability to survive almost anything is augmented further by being physically tougher than other Junkions and a nearly fanatical devotion to fighting to his last. He does not use guns, preferring to fight with barehanded strikes, throws, slams, and other moves learned from pro wrestling.

Like all Junkions, Ho-Kogan began life on the Planet of Junk, and spent most of it watching televised broadcasts from Earth. He found his niche in eighties-era professional wrestling, modeling his attitude and mannerisms after some of its most notable individuals. Even his fighting style has been based around wrestling, discarding all weapons other than his own body. When the Junkions joined the war against the Decepticons, Ho-Kogan saw it as an opportunity to prove himself worthy of the title of Champion of the Universe, and threw himself headlong into the conflict without hesitation.

In 2014 Ho-Kogan travelled to Earth to join the conflict there.
