"Shiny." "Aye, shiny."
The Hall of Records is a library facility located in Iacon, the capital city of the Autobots, on Cybertron which contains information on Transformers, including the date they were created, and also contains not quite the entire history of the Autobots.
Description[]
Between the medical center and the Celestial Spires, a long stoa comprised of smooth, elongated Doric columns covered by a flat roof houses the vaults where both electronic and solid media are stored. The exterior design is archetypal of the classical period in Cybertronian architecture which had a centered focus on simple elegance over ostentatious display, intended to invoke a welcoming feeling of openness appealing to the sterile Cybertronian aesthetic which values functionality over design. The exterior walls of the Hall of Records are comprised entirely of the columns themselves, which are so close together that only the curvature of the columns allows space for light to enter from the outside and that even a human would find difficulty moving through. The entrance to the hall is simply a wide space absent of columns which are guarded on either side by automated defenses in the form of robotic mythical creatures from Cybertronian lore, each set on a low pedestal.
