H.I.S.S. Drivers are selected from the best and most evil of Cobra Command's thousands of yearly recruits. Each is chosen for his physical strength and total dedication to evil! H.I.S.S. Drivers are graduates of Cobra Battle School, Advanced Weapons Systems Training, and Officer Training School. Each is a Qualified Expert in the H.I.S.S. Vehicle and the F.A.N.G. Copter, as well as possessing knowledge of all NATO and G.I. Joe weapons. H.I.S.S. Drivers are high-ranking and implicitly trusted officers who lead missions in the absence of members of Cobra Command.

Canonical/Pre-MUX/Theme History:[]
Drivers of Cobra's HISS tank, one the organization's earliest and most recognizable vehicles. HISS drivers were the first of Cobra's specialized troops, and were trained in the repair of the mechanical and electrical systems of their vehicles.

H.I.S.S. Drivers are high-ranking and implicitly trusted officers who lead missions in the absence of named members of Cobra Command. In 2012 H.I.S.S. Drivers were given updated training and new black uniforms.

HISS Drivers are available on the MUX as Disposable Characters, with a much simpler application. They can also be apped directly as full character (format: HISS Driver 1234), or upgraded from DCs to OCs. H.I.S.S. Drivers are high-ranking and implicitly trusted officers who lead missions in the absence of named members of Cobra Command.
