Hailing from Virginia Beach, Virginia, FIREWALL learned very early on that she had a knack for computers. In high school, she used her school's computer system to alter an enemy's grades enough that she was no longer in the running for class valedictorian. Firewall was never caught, and she found she enjoyed the rush of being able to ruin someone from afar. She continued on this path after high school, cracking government files and manipulating credit cards, social security numbers, and bank accounts, sewing financial chaos for her own amusement. Eventually, she was caught, arrested, and sent to federal prison. She was eventually commissioned to work for the government instead of against it in exchange for her freedom and silence about how easily she cracked military systems. As Firewall, she's decided to try to turn her life around, and has been appointed to G.I.Joe to assist them with computer security.

FIREWALL is the codename used by G.I. Joe team recruit Michelle LaChance. While growing up in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Firewall had a knack for computers, and once hacked into the high school records of an enemy, altering her grades so that she was not in the running for class valedictorian. She was never caught, and liked the rush of being able to ruin an uncaring braggart. She continued hacking into computer systems, eventually changing credit card numbers and bank accounts of government officials. She stayed undetected for some time, until she hacked her way into U.S. Army computers. She was arrested by the Feds, but they realized they could make use of her skills and she began working for the government. Firewall was put on temporary assignment with the G.I. Joe team.

OOC Notes

Since only the Marvel comics are canon, Firewall's history and involvement are open to player interpretation.
