Evil, Inc., circa 2001
Evil, Inc. is A faction of evil Junkions. Its founder and former leader, Spec-Tor, hasn't been seen in quite some time. In the meantime, day-to-day operations had been run by his top enforcer, Big-Time, until his death in 2017. Leadership of the corporation is now in the hands of Ar-Gent Silverfinger and Sci-Nide.

Bases[]
Evil, Inc. maintains several bases across the Solar System, including one on the Moon, one in the Asteroid Belt, a new one on Mars, and, until 2017, their battle station, the Disco Star.
History[]
After the destruction of Unicron, the Evil Junkions began to gather his energy in the disco Star, concentrating it into dark energon.
In 2017, The Fallen invaded the Disco Star, killing Big-Time and stealing a portion of the dark energon that Evil, Inc. had collected. Following the death of Big-Time, Ar-Gent Silverfinger and Sci-Nide took control of Evil, Inc.
In 2018, Inferno reached out to Evil, Inc. with an offer of mutual cooperation. Evil also rescued and recruited Casey Arkeville, Steel Raven, and Dirk Manus to their cause.
In 2023, Just-Hiss took over day-to-day operations of Evil, Inc, as Chief Legal Officer of the corporation.
