Dedicated to mitigating environmental threats and disasters, Emergency Chemical Operations, or ECO Force, acts as G.I. Joe's primary line of defense against chemical, biological, and radiological hazards. They respond to emergencies ranging from oil spills and toxic waste leaks to bioterrorism and nuclear threats.

ECO Force utilizes an array of advanced technology, including:
- Hazmat suits: Offering complete protection against various threats.
- Portable laboratories: Enabling on-site analysis of hazardous materials.
- Specialized vehicles: Equipped for decontamination, containment, and transportation of hazardous substances.

History[]
When Flint went on leave, Deep-Six was made acting commander of Eco Force.
With Airtight's promotion, however, he was made acting commander of Eco Force in 2023.
In 2024, Blowtorch, Charbroil, Ice Cream Soldier, and Blast-Off were added to ECO Force, and Deep-Six, Snowstorm, Barbecue, and Outback moved to ECO's reserves. In September, Duke transferred Lifeline and Doc to the ECO-Warriors.
Leadership[]
Chief Warrant Officer Dashiell Faireborn, codename Flint, is the team's former leader. A veteran of countless missions, Flint possesses a deep understanding of environmental threats and a calm, decisive demeanor under pressure.
In 2024, Duke made Lifeline CO of Emergency Chemical Operations, assisted by Flint and Doc in Tactical Operations Command.
