After the Decepticons crash-landed on Earth, their HQ was their downed space cruiser. Since the construction of Trypticon the headquarters of the Decepticon forces has been moved to Decepticon City.

G1 Decepticon Headquarters Cybertron — Decepticon Headquarters

On Cybertron, the Decepticon Headquarters for vorns was located in Polyhex, until its destruction by Hubcap. It was briefly moved to Tyrest, and now resides in Tarn.
