Cobra rushed to Haiti after the Earthquakes ravaged the Island nation. Baroness has secured the rights to a large section of Haiti, to build the Cobraland Theme Park upon, after negotiating with the Haitian Officials in exchange for aid.
With the world flooded in 2011, most Cobra personnel in Haiti have been evacuated. A good majority of the non-Cobra residents have not been so lucky.

In order to recruit younger members, as well as prevent an unassaultable safe haven for Cobra activities, Cobra Commander and Tomax and Xamot set up Cobra World, a theme park dedicated to the joy and wonder of Cobra!
