TP-Only

TP-Only characters are special characters available only to admin and players helping out in on-going or TinyPlots. They aren't available for general application, either for being too odd or powerful, or not fitting in with general theme. If you'd like to app for a custom or generic character for a TP (for example, a Quintesson), you can use the DC app for a temporary character for the TP. IF you'd like the character to remain post-TP, at any time you can submit an OC app to make the character 'real'.
