OC templates

OC Templates are basic block stats you can cut and paste into OC Apps, and then just leave as-is or modify as desired. This is for people who want to create the character and personality, but hate dealing with the number-crunching aspect. If something you want isn't listed here, you can still just tell us your general idea ("I'd like a Decepticon road warrior - basically a lone Stunticon") and we'll still do the rest. Or, you can post a request for a standard OC template and we'll add it here!
