Eurasia - Shattered Glass Universe

Eurasia is a large landmass covering about 52,990,000 km2 or about 10.6 of the Earth's surface (36.2 of the land area). Often considered a single continent, Eurasia comprises the traditional continents of Europe and Asia (and Eurasia is a portmanteau of the two), concepts which date back to classical antiquity and the borders for which are somewhat arbitrary. Eurasia, in turn, is part of the yet larger landmass of Afro-Eurasia, whereby Eurasia is joined to Africa at the Isthmus of Suez.
Eurasia is inhabited by almost 4.8 billion people, more than 71 of the world's population.

SG-Jetfire is sitting on a rock. He's still ill from the likelihood of certain death. Still... a glimmer of hope has sprung in his mind. Something that...just might possibly work. In fact, he's been going through it in his head so much, he's starting to believe it himself.

SG-Hound comes out of the mines, looking like he's been thinking as well. Spotting his commander, he heads over.

SG-Jetfire looks up, jolting slightly at Hound. "Ah, Hound, great to see you!" He gets up and pats Hound on the shoulder. "I...think now, after what we've been through... you have earned my trust. Not an easy thing to do. I...think you deserve to know my TRUE motivations from last night."

SG-Hound looks at Jetfire suspiciously with his one good optic. "OK..." SG-Hound listens guardedly, waiting to be thrown under the bus.

SG-Jetfire says, "See... while we were here, I had this nagging suspicion that Magnus WOULD escape. And that hologram... I...I HAD to act surprise. But see, Magnus is so cunning, I thought he was trying to bait us INTO going to Cybertron, while..." he points to the ground. "HERE... was his goal. So, I thought the best thing to do was to defend THIS land. I think THIS was his target.""

SG-Hound nods. "OK... sure. So... should we build an Spanner anyway, or just wait here and prepare for his arrival? He did warn us twice he'd be coming for us here, so that's actually not a bad story -- uh, interpretation."

SG-Jetfire shakes his head. "No, it's best to get to work on it immediately. Summon my scribes as well. I'm going to recharge." He then heads to his recharge chamber, leaving Hound to do the dirty work of setting up the Spanner.

SG-Hound nods. "Right. I'll radio.... Goldbug," he decides, not wanting to disturb Prime.
