Antarctica is the massive, ice-covered continent at the southern pole of planet Earth. Several battles in the various Transformer wars have taken place there.
History[]
When the Old One came to main-universe Earth with Turborat, once of the first places he hid was Antarctica.
Antarctica was also the location of one of two Decepticon bases that melted the ice caps, flooding the world. A combined Autobot-human strike eventually destroyed the base. G.I. Joe left a semi-permanent base there for observation and the training of cold-weather operatives.

When Blaster's shuttlecraft was damaged during an attempted rescue of Snoop, he set it down in Antarctica for repairs.
