Pre-MUX History
Sgt. Garcia was born in Monterrey, Mexico, but eventually became a naturalized US citizen.
MUX History
Sgt. Garcia joined the team in 2005 and but was moved to reserve status.
In 2012, Sgt. Garcia was pulled out of the reserves and activated to transport The ROCC to the Southwest rift to use as a mobile HQ.
