April[]
While SG-Perceptor was broadcasting the execution of Slugfest on ABN, Temperance staged a daring rescue from orbit. Cosmos gave chase, but Temperance evaded him. Before Cosmos could continue pursuit, the SG-Junkions activated their gravity drive and folded space directly into the Plait Expanse. Practically the entire Junkion fleet passed into the Cybertron system.
Temperance saved Slugfest as the Junkions poured onto the surface of Cybertron, led by SG-Magnus. While wholesale pandemonium spread across Cybertron, Magnus chased Perceptor and Cuffs back to Iacon. Perceptor went to activate the Stellar Spanner (the SG version of the Space Bridge) so he could flee to Earth, while Cuffs got stuck outside. Magnus grabbed Cuffs, brought him up to the Spellar Spanner, killed Perceptor and threw Cuffs in instead. Cuffs (along with Perceptor's head) was then sent through to Earth to deliver a message to Emperor Prime: Magnus is coming for him.

For Emperor Prime's sadistic pleasure, SG-Jazz and SG-Jetfire fought to the death to win the position of Prime's XO. While the battle was close, toward the end, it looked like Jetfire was going to be the victor. Jazz denied Jetfire a full 'win' by disappearing from the combat scene and fleeing, choosing exile over death.
Much to SG-Buster's disappointment, Sparkplug, passed away peacefully and painlessly in his sleep after a lengthy bout with chronic heart and liver diasease. Sparkplug, expressing almost enternal disappointment in his son, but specifically citing his inability in his ability to produce an offspring, deliberately left him out of his will and left his remaining funds (aroung $5,000) to his other son. Ironically enough, Spike's estate has yet to be fully settled, so Sparkplug's $5,000 eventually will find its place into Buster's pockets as Spike left half of his assets to Buster and the other half to his son. As Daniel's a minor, and due to a lack of people willing to oversee such a paltry sum, Buster "volunteered" to look after Daniel's share of the $5,000 inheritance until he reaches the age of 16.
